WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation. No claims will be accepted if reported after 10 days from the date package received. Please email the digital pictures of the damaged or faulty item. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Items that have been installed or altered are nonreturnable.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders will be dispatched from our location in New Zealand or Australian depot within Two working days once the price quote is accepted or purchase is made online. However, for customized orders, once the payment is cleared it takes up to 10 working days. Although, we make every effort to ship the items within one day. We use the NZPost Recorded service for Free economy delivery. Approximate delivery time for economy service*: Australia: 1-5 days Timelines mentioned are working days based on the recent feedback from our buyers and not guaranteed. Delivery times vary during peak periods and subject to factors such as customs clearance and handling time by Postal departments.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping prices are dependent on the order weight and location we use the integrated shipping calculator to provide shipping cost as per location and order for orders above $400 shipping is free. An approximate idea of orders below $400 For New Zealand we use NZ Post from our prior experience it is between $6-$15 and Australia around $10-$25. For other worldwide locations, you send us an inquiry.
